At Netjersey, we understand that plans change — and we’re here to make things as smooth as possible.
Change of Heart? You Have Time.
You can request changes or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. This includes:

Updating customization details (name, number, color, etc.)

Changing size or style
-
Modifying the shipping address

Cancelling the order entirely
After 24 hours, your item may already be in production or scheduled for shipment, and changes are no longer guaranteed.
Why the 24-Hour Window?
All Jezzyn items are made-to-order, and once production begins, resources are committed — from materials to embroidery to packaging. Early notice allows us to intervene and help before your order is too far along.
